ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Dr. Peter Tan-Chi is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Christ’s Commission Fellowship (CCF), a church-planting movement that has grown to over 70,000 members in the Philippines alone. CCF has satellite churches and small groups in other parts of the world, including North America, Australia, the Middle East, and Asia. Dr. Peter is a self-supporting pastor. He is the Founder and Chairman of Axeia Development Corporation, one of the pioneer and leading mass housing and subdivision developers in the country. He also founded The Masters Academy — the first homeschool program accredited by the Department of Education in the Philippines and recognized in the United States. He also founded Life Academy, an innovative learning institution, accredited by the Department of Education, that partners with families in developing Christlike students. He is a distinguished alumni awardee at the University of the Philippines. He finished his Master’s Degree in Business at the Asian Institute of Management. He completed his Doctorate in Ministry at the International Graduate School of Leadership.

Deonna is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a major in Psychology and Sociology. Formerly, she toured South East Asia with the Crossroads, a singing group of Campus Crusade for Christ, and gave concerts to over 200,000 people in nine countries. A pioneer of homeschooling in the Philippines, Deonna is also a conference speaker, counselor for women and families, Bible teacher and discipler of women.

Peter and Deonna have been joyfully married for 47 years and blessed with five children who are all happily married and serving the Lord. As of the latest count, they have twenty-one charming grandchildren.
