About The Author

Bishop Noel Jones followed in the footsteps of his father when he acknowledged his call into ministry at the age of 19. Raised in Jamaica, his God-given anointing to preach and teach from a psychological-theological platform has strengthened and encouraged people worldwide. Bishop Jones pastors the City of Refuge Church in Gardena, California, with a membership of more than 10,000. His broadcast Fresh Oil can be seen weekly on BET. Scott Chaplan worked for Peat Marwick Mitchell accounting firm prior to attending Pepperdine University School of Law where he remains on the faculty as an adjunct professor. He was a partner in the law firm Argue Pearson Harbison & Myers prior to founding Greene, Fidler & Chaplan, LLP, a business boutique that emphasizes non-profit, real estate and corporate law. He is also a licensed real estate broker and the Chief Executive Officer of Urban Holdings, a private equity firm. Mr. Chaplan is on and/or advises multiple faith-based nonprofit entities.
